This week's pourWe chase harvests, not trends. Each coffee lands in our roastery within weeks of leaving origin — bought at prices that let farmers do their best work again next year.

Ten-kilo batches, every Tuesday and Friday. Light enough to taste the place, developed enough to feel like comfort. Never roasted more than 48 hours before your cup.

Every recipe is weighed, timed and tasted before the doors open. Espresso dialed at dawn; filters blooming for a patient forty-five seconds at the slow bar.

The best part isn't ours — it's yours. The first sip by the window, the notebook, the quiet ten minutes before the day begins. We just make sure the coffee deserves it.

Walk-ins always welcome — we keep the window seats unbooked for the early ones. Tables held for two hours; enough time for one more cup.
